Trust Centre
Trust is not a slogan. It is a set of operating constraints.
Aikiyam handles consequential professional information. Here is how consent, review, sharing, and retention actually work — in plain language.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Who sees candidate information? | Candidate information is shared exclusively with the hiring manager and panel for the specific role. It is not shared with other companies, and not used to solicit candidates for other roles. |
| Is candidate identity protected? | Candidate identity is revealed only through Aikiyam, with explicit candidate consent, at the agreed stage of the process. |
| Are conversations recorded? | Sessions are recorded only with disclosed consent and are processed to produce the structured output. Raw recordings are not shared — the Signal Profile is the deliverable. |
| Can a candidate see their Signal Profile? | Yes — it is shared with the candidate on request. People should know how they are being represented. |
| Is AI making the decision? | No. Aikiyam Intelligence structures the evidence; consequential interpretations are human-reviewed; the hiring decision always stays with the company. |
| What about confidential IP? | Candidates are asked about their work, decisions, and reasoning — not confidential IP. Evaluators are trained to redirect such disclosures. |
| How long is data retained? | We retain only what is necessary for the hiring engagement, outcome tracking, and improving our evaluation methodology. The exact policy is governed by our customer agreement and Privacy Policy. |
| What feedback do candidates receive? | Our operating commitment: participating companies commit to structured outcome feedback. Aikiyam shares the feedback available and follows up when it is incomplete. |
| Can consent be withdrawn? | Yes — subject to clearly explained legal and contractual retention exceptions. Contact prathap@aikiyamhq.com. |
Some capabilities described across this site — such as long-run outcome analytics — are designed into the product and mature as the pilot progresses. Where a commitment is aspirational rather than operational today, we say so.
